The kebab, which is a dish you should try with its rich ingredients as well as its unique taste, is made with a completely local method in almost every district of Gaziantep. At the same time, this kebab is divided into various options such as yoghurt, béchamel sauce or minced meat.

Batma Kaymak

Batma Kaymak is just one of the breakfast desserts that is unique to Gaziantep and you can't hear it in other places. There are some reasons why it is not available in your area and elsewhere. The velvety lotion, which has a consistency in the recipe, is made only in some villages of the city. The only way to taste a real stinging kaymak (a kind of cream, but not the cream exactly) is to visit a breakfast place in Antep that offers regional delicacies.

At first, you might not even imagine how honey, liquid milk cream and, of course, pistachios can be combined. However, this flavor may require those who try it to make a one-serving package. Although stinging cream is a kind of breakfast treat, you may not have heard of it in our country. The biggest factor for this is that only liquid milk cream can be made in Gaziantep villages. One of the neighborhood flavors that must be tried in Gaziantep will definitely be stinging lotion.

Eggplant Kebab

Gaziantep has a unique area in food. Not only meat, but also the meat is very important when preparing food. In some dishes, lamb is preferred, while in some dishes, especially veal is preferred. Eggplant kebab is among the neighborhood specialties unique to Gaziantep. Eggplant kebab, which is made in the city, has actually started to be made in various ways with the change of the around. However, the homeland of eggplant kebab is called Gaziantep.
