I think the restaurant in Mesta Port, located on the west side of Chios, is ideal for those who want to have a delicious lunch experience. Just beyond there is another place where tour buses flock and tavern music plays. But if the goal is to relax a bit and eat well, Ο ΣΕΡΓΗΣ deserves a try.
The restaurant even offers an option for Greek Salad and local drinks. I tried Greek Salad in three different places on the island and this was definitely the best. Mesta Cheese is an extra recommendation. (Reminds me of halloumi cheese.)

Being by the sea is an advantage. But I think its most important feature is that it is a quiet place. I guess it's a family business. Desserts are served at the end of the meal. And to be honest, the prices are very affordable depending on the quantity and taste of the order.
As you can imagine, I had the chance to try and taste much more than what we see in the photos.

If you are coming from Çeşme to Chios, unfortunately transportation is quite difficult. However, if you are considering renting a car and if Pyrgi and Mesta are on your travel route, you should definitely stop by here.
