Mucver (Mücver) is a traditional food from Ottoman cuisine. In fact, mucver is the name of a cooking technique; but nowadays it is the name of a dish. There are many mucver recipes as food. The most common of these is the one made with zucchini. May I ask you to share this delicious recipe with your followers by sharing the page on your social media accounts, if possible?

The recipe has been prepared in accordance with the image you see. Mucver, which can be consumed warm, can also be kept at room temperature for a day and consumed as a snack. By the way, this delicious dish is suitable for vegetarians. ps: You can find another vegetarian meal via Bozdogan Pide.
Ingredients
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Half a bunch of dill
- Two pinch of scallions
- A pinch of green garlic
- One onion
- Two eggs
- Salt and black pepper
- Three zucchinis
- Three tablespoons of flour
Preparation
- All greens and vegetables are finely cut. (I would not recommend using blender.)
- We grate the zucchinis and again we do not use a blender.
- We take everything cut and grated into a bowl and break the eggs. The egg brings the ingredients together. You can use just yolks if you wish; but I prefer to use all of them. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper at this stage. A teaspoon of either will suffice.
- Add flour to keep the consistency just right. Maybe you can reduce or increase the flour after the first experience.
- Add enough olive oil (or sunflower oil) to the pan. Before boiling it completely, we put the ingredients in the pan with the help of a tablespoon and wait for it to get its color. Then we reverse it. It's like frying meatballs...
- We put the cooked mucvers on a paper and thus let the excess oil flow.
